Comments and Complaints
Our priority is to ensure that your child has a high quality experience whilst they are in our care and we take every precaution to ensure that their welfare, learning and development requirements are fully met.
We are always looking to celebrate and improve our service to you, as parents/carers, and to your child. If you have any comments which you wish to make, please speak to your child's key person.
If you have a concern or complaint we will always give it serious consideration and aim to resolve it through discussion with your child's family worker, the Headteacher or Assistant Head in the first instance.
If we cannot resolve the issue informally then you are able to follow our Complaints Procedure which will ensure that your complaint is dealt with effectively.
